My Reebox Crossfit Shoes and OLY Shoes came in yesterday, Tested them out and here are the ResultS
15min run: 2 miles: Soft, not too tight and not so loose, very comfortable and running in them is faster. but Its not a Ideal running shoe for distance it feels like
3X10 Split jerk 140, 150, 160: Felt very good and stable.
14:10 (150#) more durable, not heavy, can move much more faster and can jump on a box more balance.

*Everyone was very impressed with the Professor’s performance today. In his first 500m row he split 1:33. So naturally we were curious what he could do for a 500m sprint. After 30 or so minutes of rest, he jumped on the rower and powered through 500m. His time was 1:27.6. What an effort!

Boats, I may just pick up a pair of the oly shoes myself. Thanks for the info.
Professor, very impressive performance. We’ll give this one a go next week.
