Today (01May) NAVSCOLEOD hosted the 6th annual EOD Memorial Challenge, which is one intense trail run-swim- trail run.
5k run w/30lb ruck
1000m swim
10k run
Danner 1hour 43 min (6th overall, 1st in 30 and over age bracket).

Thank you YNC and Thompson. Thompson, I don’t know my 1000m time, the swim portion was in the bay and the competition was in a run-swim-run format meaning it was one event with one time as opposed to three events with rest in between the different portions.
