Sit Up Standard: Anchored – Finger tips must touch near ears on down position and touch top of dumbbell on up position. Unanchored – Bottoms of feet are together. Finger tips must touch behind head on down position and palms of hands must touch toes on up position. If you have an abmat, use it.
