    First i like to say thank you to all of you of Crossfit Neptune your all wonderful people hopefully i get meet all of ya in the states, Danner; thanks to you i got alot better and stronger too still every single WOD done i did good you crushed it so it was great motivation for me, YNC; your the greatest trainer out there you helped me believe more on myself and others and have given me a greater purpose to serve the navy better. the reason im being so emotional right now is cause i closed down the gym here and shipping all of the equipment to rota so now everything will be done in crossfit neptune rota, everything here is palletized and netted to be shipped to rota so thats why im sad but i PCS on the 10th so it was coming so thanks alot guys hope to see you in the near future

    BM2,  Its been fun competing against you on a daily basis. I hope you find a way to continue with crossfit in general and more specifically neptune. Best of luck at your next assignment.

    One final note:  We only have one set of 35# KB’s so that’s why so many people did 30#.

    First  prescribed workout back into Crossfit completed.  Wish I did time myself as I did this in the NPTU gym without a timer.  I’m thinking I did it sub 20:00 but looking at these times, I doubt it.  Good workout to get back into and I’ll keep you guys posted on my progress.

    Thanks for the kind words. Over the past year, you’ve been not only my most committed and loyal athlete but also a good friend. You helped push me each and every day, and I watched you improve in each skill set along the way. Thanks for buying into the importance of functional fitness. I also want to thank you once again for assisting in coaching others and always trying your best to recruit new koolaid drinkers. Lastly, I want to thank you for taking care of things back there in Sig and closing up shop. You will be sorely missed by our club, and I hope you will continue to follow our workouts and post to our board when you can. Good luck at your next command and keep training hard!
