* EOD2 Coger was not happy with his performance the first time around, so he gave it another go 30 minutes later and recorded an astounding time of 3:37 (Rx’d)! I almost puked just watching this effort.
* Even more impressive, LTJG Guido performed the following WOD no more than five minutes before today’s WOD:
