    Back to working out.  I took a full 7 days off for the first time in about 3 years last week.  I ran my PRT on Monday and then during the week I did dynamic stretching, mobility drills, and spent time walking the dogs and playing with Charlie.  It felt great to take a week off, and my knees really thanked me for it, but I was itching to get back.  Murphy’s law that it would come the day after Halloween and LARGE quantities of chocolate!
