Good way to recover after a big exam! Like father like son.

Thanks to ENS Tellez for getting the website back up and running!

Saturday Endurance:
Run 10k Max Effort

WOD:
5 Rounds For Time
Run 100m BKWDS
5 Burpees
Run 100m FWDS
5 Burpees
*The runs should be all out sprints, no jogging!

Strength:
5 – 5 – 5
Back Squat

    On leave, Rochester Crossfit has been nice enough to allow me to train for free.  Todays WOD: 
    “Cindy”
    AMRAP 20 min
    5 Pullups
    10 Pushups
    15 Squats

    Danner 22 Rds + 5 Pushups

    Did 11AUG10 WOD due to the need of practice on double unders

    22:29 (Rx’d)
    I was able to knockout 35 DU’s in the first round but then on the second round and third round did 5 to 10 reps a piece
