Continously Running Clock
1st Min Sprint 30 Yds
2nd Min Sprint 30 Yds out and back
3rd Min Sprint 30 Yds out, back, out
Continue until you cannot complete the sprints in 1 min

OVHD Squat
18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
DH Pull Ups
