    CrossFit Neptune Sigonella

    We completed the “CrossFit Total”. One rep back squat, shoulder press and deadlift. Three attempts at each lift, score total weight lifted.

    BM2 Hill 275, 160, 365 = 800
    PS1 Huber 185, 85, 225 = 495
    YNC 325, 145, 365 = 835
