Great effort and progress by the Capt and Alex. They just learned how to do a mucsle up last week and already they completed a WOD with 30.

Nice work to the 30 muscle-up group. That is a WOD I still have yet to attempt.
Danner, it’s rare to see your name posted much lately. Are you back to doing the sealfit programming?

YNC,
I have been on crutches for the past two months battling a stress fracture in my fibula and I have only been able to do upper body workouts. On Monday I will have a bone scan performed and I will go from there. I am itching to get back into the Neptune WOD’s and competing again. I expect to see your 30 muscle-up WOD score sometime next week. My tip is to determine beforehand how many muscle-ups you want to complete in a minute, complete those reps in 20-30 seconds then rest for 30-40 sec.

Danner,
First it was your ankle and now your fibula? You’ve had some bad breaks (no pun intended) this year. Hopefully you heal up quickly. I was enjoying your daily competition. We’ll give the 30 muscle-ups a go for sure this week. We’ve been practicing bar muscle-up of late. We’ll see how it goes on the rings. Thanks for the advice.
