Carry KB (M: 55# W: 35#) 100m and Drop
Sprint Back 100m
5 Burpees
Sprint Back 100m
Carry KB 100m Back 100m
*KB must be carried by the handle at your side. You must carry it down with one hand, and back in the other.

Strength:
3 x 10-12
Back Squat
Work on explosion and ROM
