    We performed an oldie but goodie today.

    With a continuous running clock, do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second, three the third…continue as long as you are able to. Use as many sets each minute as needed.
     
    BM2 Hill 12 + 7 = 85 total (Rx’d)
    YNC 16 + 12 = 148 total (Rx’d)
