WOD:
AMRAP in 12 Mins
10 Pull Ups
20 Toes to Bar

Endurance:
10 x 40 Yard Build Up
1 Build Up =
1/4 Speed First 10 Yards
3/4 Speed 10 – 20 Yards
Full Sprint 20 – 40 Yards (sprint through the 40 yard mark)

Rounds 1 – 4= no load
Rounds 5 – 8=45# sled
Rounds 9 – 10=90# sled
