Is this a power clean or squat clean for the WOD?

Sir,
Goal is to do it at 135#. Post power or squat to your time.
Only rule is that there must be a distinct pause at the front rack posistion prior to initiating the jerk. For example, you cannot do a squat/power clean thruster.
