WOD:
Set Up A Marker at 10ft, 20ft, 30ft, 40ft, and 50ft (the width of the basketball court is 50ft)
For Time
5 Burpees
Sprint 10ft
5 Burpees
Sprint Back
5 Burpees
Sprint 20ft
5 Burpees
Sprint Back
5 Burpees
Sprint 30ft
5 Burpees
Sprint Back
5 Burpees
Sprint 40ft
5 Burpees
Sprint Back
5 Burpees
Sprint 50ft
5 Burpees
Sprint Back
*Do not repeat the 50ft round, but go back down 40, 30, 20, 10 still doing 5 burpees between each sprint.

Strength:

Deadlift

OVHD Squat
12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
DH Pull Ups w/ 20# Vest

    After looking at the times posted today, there has to be something wrong, and that I must have “skipped” something for my workout.  After thinking about my set up, I think that I missed the 40ft sprint on the way back down.  I know that I did all of them up to 50ft, but I think that I missed either the 40ft or 30ft and the burpees that went with it…

    We decided to perform Wed’s WOD since our command PT on Wed was very similar to today’s WOD.
