1325 (Rx'd). Yesterday was 49 degrees, sunny, zero wind, zero rain, and the ENTIRE WOD was done inside. Today of course was 30 degrees, about 15kts of wind, and rain/snow mix and the WOD has 1.25 miles of running! Gotta love NE!!

I just looked at the mainsite and saw the WOD "War Frank" for March 1st. I knew Captain Frank when I served in 3/1. He was a new 2nd Lt. with Lima Company. I supported his platoon many times on operations in Iraq, and he always gave my team the support that it needed. Captain Frank actually wrote one of my letters of recommendation to get into the MECEP Program. He was an exceptional leader and one I hope to emulate once I get commissioned. He will be missed.
