Doing toe touches with the grace of a ballerina.

WOD:
AMRAP in 12 Mins
10 Push Ups – Each hand placed in middle of plate (M: 25# W: 10#). Chest/chin/thighs to ground.
10 Toes to Bar – Just like knees to elbows except your toes must touch the pull up bar.

Endurance:
9 Rounds
1 Min On
1 Min Off

    7 rounds and 7 toes to bar
    wasnt sure if we should put both hands on one plate for push ups.  I used two plates with chest to ground in between

    B- 8 rnds + 10 P/U RX
    Garrett: 9 rnds + 9 knee ups
    Erika: 9 rnds + 4 K2E
    Kessler: 8 rnds + 5 T2B RX
    Sharp: 10 rnds + 8 p/u (did 20 knee raises for each round)

    We used two plates just like the XO.
