WOD:
AMRAP in 15 Mins
5 Double Tire Jumps
50 Ft Walking Lunge Steps (1 width of bball court)
5 HSPU
50 Ft Standing Broad Jump*
*Standing broad jump = both feet must leave the ground at the same time. You must start the next jump from where the feet landed.

Endurance:
4 Rounds
Run 5 Mins
Rest 3 Mins

    I didn’t see everyone go, but in the afternoon HSPU were down to 1 abmat height.
