90 Air Squats
80 Sit Ups
70 Air Squats
60 Sit Ups
50 Air Squats
40 Sit Ups
30 Air Squats
20 Sit Ups
10 Air Squats

Endurance:
Run 3 Miles
Mile 1 = 85%
Mile 2 = 100%
Mile 3 = 1st 1/2 at 85% 2nd 1/2 at 100%
