10 Front Squats (M: 95# W: 65#)
10 Back Squats
10 OVHD Squats
Rest 1 Min
8 Front Squats (M: 115# W: 85#)
8 Back Squats

6 Front Squats (M: 135# W: 95#)
6 Back Squats

4 Front Squats (M: 155# W: 115#)

*Score total time including rest.
**Each “set” (group of like numbers) must be done without putting the bar down. Once the set is started, rest can be in the rack only. Bar can be put on the ground during the 1 min rest between sets.
***Penalty of 100m run for every drop during a work set added to the time. All penalty runs must be done at the end of the 2nd full round.
