Wear a 20# Vest or Flack Throughout The Entire WOD

30 Pull Ups
Farmer’s Walk 400m (M: 55# KB W: 35# KB)
20 Pull Ups
Run 800m
10 Pull Ups

Endurance:
Run 12 Mins at 85% Best 5k Pace
Rest 3 Mins
Run 6 Mins Max Effort

    Just wanted to know if the workout on Wednesday will still be at 8am even though we do not have BN Lab.
