7 Squat Clean and Jerks (M: 95# W: 65#)
7 CTB Pull Ups
*Squat clean and jerk = load starts and ground and is received in a full front squat. After catching, stand to the front rack. Once in the front rack, initiate the dip drive and perform the jerk. Bar can be dropped from the top, from the rack, or lowered back to the ground. Both plates must touch the ground prior to starting each squat clean and jerk.
