    LT- At what point in the R.O.M. for the SDHP do we let go of the bar  (i.e. bar under the chin or bar  at the thigh) ?

    SDHP – Both plates much start on the ground, and bar must be lifted above the clavicle.  The bar may be “dropped” as soon as it is above the clavicle if necessary to either rest, or perform the last rep.  However, if dropped it cannot be picked up on “the bounce” to start another rep.
