20 Wall Balls
25 Ball Slams
30 Ball Throw*
*Ball throw = stand feet shoulder width apart holding the med ball at the waist. Rotate at the waist to the right, and throw the ball to a partner as you snap back to the middle. Partner throws ball back and repeat to the left. 1 rep = R and L throw.

The ball throws were a little confusing, but after talking to SSgt Sharp, I think we did them correctly.

Also throw in the fact that I was the ball slam guinea pig due to the slam making a very loud noise in the complex on sidewalk…no need to give them a reason to stop us from working out there.
