Great forearm workout.MIDN Anderelli doing the strength workout.

Based on the height of this pull up you can tell that this is the first set of pull ups.Good depth on rings

If you look carefully you can see him running with "crab claws".  This is common when you try to run after doing a lot of pull-ups.
