Pretty good for learning the snatch in one day.What, no knee brace?

The snatch is not Stryker's friend.  Kessler has officially drank the kool-aid; he loves xfit.

WOD:
For Time
21 – 15 – 9
Snatch (M: 95# W: 65#)*
Push Ups
*Must be a full squat snatch. If you catch high, you must complete a full overhead squat prior to counting the rep.

Endurance:
4 x Run 800m
Rest as needed to maintain 5 second splits.
