Forgot to take pictures...again.  So I decided to post the times via photo.

Saturday Endurance:
Run out for 12 mins. Continue walking for 2 additional mins. Attempt to run entire distance back in under 12 mins.

WOD:
5 Rounds For Time
40 Double Unders
10 Burpees

Strength:
3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3
Back Squat
