Run 1 Mile – Stop every min and do 10 push ups

Run 1 Mile – Stop every min and do 5 burpees
100 Sit Ups
Strength:

Snatch Grip Deadlift
3 x 5
Snatch Drop (Back squat rack to OVHD squat)
10, 8, 6, 4, 2
DH Pull Ups
