You know winter is approaching when SSgt Long starts wearing the watch cap.We showed Alex how to do this in literally one minute.  Something tells me he has prior weight lifting experience. At least he is humble enough to let us teach him what he already knows.

That look of optimism was quickly wiped off my face when he passed me 5 seconds later.  That was the last time I was in the lead.The more tired she got, the lower she went.

WOD:
