A bit disappointed. Felt strong but I had to re-rack from the ground 3xs on the round of 15.
Awesome job SSgt Long on Rx’d.
Its great to see the big turnouts in Tucson, and pretty cool to think that we’ve got folks doing these workouts literally all over the world!
I’m proud to be a part of such an awesome group. Keep up the good work, and keep spreading the word on CrossFit Neptune!

LT-
I am really enjoying the increase in Kyzer friendly workouts. It seems like everyother day! Unfortunately, it seems that the day in between is designed to bring me back to reality.
YNC-
You just couldn’t let it happen. I wanted this one today! 7 seconds! And it was on an overhead workout. What are they putting in the water over there in Sigonella? Very nice work, sir.

LT,
I was fortunate to have help with re-rack on round of 15. I think I dropped it like 5 times.
Kyzer,
I was actually surprised by my time. I can’t remember doing a CTB workout before. I knew the heavy OVHD would play to my strengths however. 7 sec isn’t bad -you got me by 44 on Grace, damn you!
Zboray,
Top female honors. Very impressive time as Rx’d!

Going off of what LT said about these workouts being done around the world. They are also being done by sailors up here in the NAG aboard my ship and on a certain Iraqi oil terminal. The email list I send these workouts to has grown to over 30 people on both platforms mentioned above.
I am glad to see that CROSSFIT NEPTUNE is as strong as ever. It is amazing the progress people have been making and how strong the numbers continue to be. Even on different parts of the world, we are all connected in the suffering and progression.
