We finally got our weight kit here minus the medicine ball (Should’ve been in the kit). But other than that, we are back in for Crossfit Neptune in Charleston.

Factor in humidity at 1500% along with a muddy trail and it’s as if I did 4 rounds.
We’ll get some pictures of our garage gym soon. It’s great to be back.
