That bar she is lifting was probably made before she was born. Happy birthday Wilson!  Enjoy your youth.It looked like we were trying to race on our butts because we kept moving all over the place.

You want to move fast, but with this weight it doesn't happen fast enough.A hybrid of the two most frustrating exercises.

    Since Wilson’s birthday is actually 09/12/1990, it appears that, UNFORTUNATELY, we will have to reduce the number of Wall-Ball Burpees from 19 to 12. DARN IT! HATE IT WHEN THAT HAPPENS!

    Good point Kyzer. Blame Bea for the bum info on the birthday. However, due to my error, and Kyzer’s attention to detail, the workout has been changed to correctly reflect the day.
