KTE aren't fun in any quantity.  A lot of blisters were re-opened from yesterday's WOD.WODS bring out the anger in the afternoon.

WOD:
4 Rounds For Time
25 Thrusters (45#)
5 Knees To Elbows
25 Jumping Squats (45#)
5 Knees To Elbows

Endurance:

Rest 2 Mins
