    Decided to approach Angie a little differently this time:

    Pull Ups – 5 Sets of 10, 10 Sets of 5
    Push Ups – 2 Sets of 20, 4 sets of 10, 4 sets of 5
    Sit Ups – 100
    Squats – 1 Set of 70, 2 Sets of 15

    Most rests were short, none longer than 7 seconds.

    Suprisingly it worked – 14:53
