Getting under the weight even with the braceHis days of scaling down are diminishing

Cool slogans on shirts almost guarantee a picture on the website (even if it isn't our slogan)Either his wrists are hurting from the front squats or the arthritis is kicking in.  Either way good to see coming out John!
