WOD:
Teams of 2
AMRAP in 20 Mins
5 Burpees
10 Wall Balls (M: 20# W: 14#)
15 Jumping Air Squats
1 Working 1 Resting
Must Complete Each Movement Prior To Moving On
Ie, both must do all 5 burpees prior to starting wallball, etc.

Strength:
3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3
OVHD Squat
Pyramid Up to 10
Pull Ups
Rest As Needed
