Mins 1 – 4: 30 Seconds Max Push Ups 30 Seconds Rest
Mins 5 – 8: 30 Seconds Max Air Squats 30 Seconds Rest
Mins 9 – 12: 30 Seconds Max Burpees 30 Seconds Rest
