Teams of 2. Each team assigned 1 barbell (M: 95# W: 65#)
Clock runs continously.
Each min, both partners do 2 burpees (at the same time). You have the rest of the minute to do as many thrusters as possible. Continue until both partners have completed 100 thrusters. You can break up sets and alternate however you want.
Example: Clock starts, both partners do 2 burpees in 5 seconds. The team now has 55 seconds to do as many thrusters as possible. When the clock his 2 mins, both partners must do 2 burpees before they can start thrusters again.
Score total time.
