Saturday Endurance:
Wearing a 20# Vest and Boots
4 Rounds
Run 200m (Rest 2xs Work)
4 Rounds
Run 400m (Rest 2xs Work)

Finished (minus the tractor tire, but I think that's going to be tough, and I am sure not going to fork over the $$ to buy a new one!)

WOD:
**Change to order from template:
AMRAP in 20 Mins
10 Knees To Elbows
7 OVHD Squats (M: 95# W: 65#)
Bear Crawl 10 yds
25 Sit Ups (ABMAT)
Bear Crawl 10 yds

Strength:
20 Reps
Front Squat
*Use 80% of your 5RM. Break up as little as possible. Score number of sets.

    200′s- 44-40 secs for each.
    400′s- 1:40-1:35 for each.

    Used my pace count to figure out distance, and did with a 20# ruck in boots.

    Your box looks great! Especially that stud bar :) . Glad it worked out for you. That big timer is also a nice touch. We had one at the box in San Diego. You can’t help but take a peek at it now and then for a little more motivation.
