Knees to Elbows
Walking Lunge With Plate OVHD (M: 45# W: 25#)
*1 step = 1 rep (back knee must “kiss” the ground)
Ball Slams (M: 20# W: 14#)

Endurance:
+5 Hours After WOD
5 x 20 yds sprint
10 x 40 yds sprint
rest as needed
