Being back in a “SWO” centric environment, I continue to remind myself not to lose my sense of humor!  This one is for all the nukes out there.  What is so wrong with just keeping things simple!  Works for me…

Endurance:
+3 Hours After WOD
Run 200m x 8
Rest 5xs the work interval
