4 x 100 yds
8 x 40 yds
3 x 100 yds
6 x 40 yds
2 x 100 yds
4 x 40 yds
1 x 100 yds
2 x 40 yds
*Rest 60 seconds between 100 yds
**Rest 30 seconds between 40 yds
***Rest 90 seconds between 40 and next 100 (ie after the 10 x 40 yds, rest 90 secs before starting the 4 x 100 yds)
