As you can all tell, the website is looking a little “wordy” w/ out any pictures. Since most of you are on break, and my camera is in my HHG packout, I’m asking for anyone doing CrossFit on their own, or at another gym to email me a picture or two. This includes alumni! For Time

25 Jumping Squats (45#)
50 Sit Ups
50 KB Swings (55#)

    Hey all!

    I’ve been working out at Crossfit East County (www.crossfiteastcounty) in La Mesa, CA. I found this to be the closest San Diego gym relative to where the family and I are staying while on leave, and their programming is very comparable to ours. I don’t have any pics on their website yet, but they’ve promised to have my mug up soon. I’m sure it will be another of my many recovery moments for sure. Anyway, just thought I’d stop by to say hello and let you know what I’ve been up too. Take care guys and keep training hard!
