30 – 20 – 10
Strict Press (M: 65# W: 45#)
Double Unders
Zombie Sit Ups

Endurance:
Choose challenging terrain (wash, sand, hill, garage, etc.)
5 Rounds
Run all out 40 seconds, Rest 20 seconds
Rest 3 Min then repeat

This is less than 10 min total of work. Push the 40 seconds max effort.
