WOD:
Run 800m
20 Burpees
2 Shoulder to OVHD (M: 155# W: 100#)
Run 400m
15 Burpees
4 Shoulder to OVHD
Run 200m
10 Burpees
6 Shoulder to OVHD
*Shoulder to OVHD any way possible (press, push press, jerk, behind the neck jerk, etc.) Must achieve full lockout at the top.
