Pushing through literallyNotice the perfect line from load to hip to heels.  This is what ANY overhead lift is supposed to look like.  Does yours?Split variation.Back variation.  Now push under the bar by closing the hip prior to landing.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words.  Sgt Riebe, I’m not sure what you were thinking at the moment this picture was snapped, but perhaps I’m glad that I don’t know!

WOD:
Run 800m
20 Burpees
2 Shoulder to OVHD (M: 155# W: 100#)
Run 400m
15 Burpees
4 Shoulder to OVHD
Run 200m
10 Burpees
6 Shoulder to OVHD
*Shoulder to OVHD any way possible (press, push press, jerk, behind the neck jerk, etc.) Must achieve full lockout at the top.
