    For the Summer Challenge (
    http://www.crossfitneptune.com/2009/05/13/summer-challenge/ ) I’ve decided to use my gmail account. Just send yourself three emails:
    Workout Journal
    Food Journal
    Goals

    For the first two, if you use quick reply and keep the subject as re:workout journal then gmail will keep all of the emails threaded. Whenever you get done with a workout or whenever you eat something, just reply to the email, and it automatically logs the date/time.
