Teams of 2
Each team will be assigned 1 barbell (M: 135# W: 95#). Reps can be broken up as needed, but each exercise must be completed prior to moving on to the next.
Complete 5 Rounds of the following (per person):
15 Deadlifts
10 Ground To Shoulder
5 Shoulder To OVHD
Fireman Carry 1 Length
