Posted by admin on April 24th, 2009 filed in WODChallenge for the week: Once you finish your workout, take 3 seconds to do whatever you want; lay down, puke, wallow around on the deck etc. After that 3 seconds is up, stand up, catch your breath, walk around, and prepare for the next task at hand. Remember, no matter how hard you think you have pushed yourself, there is always more to give.
WOD:
5 Rounds For Time
3 OVHD Squats (M: 155# W: 115#)
Run 200m
10 Knees to Elbows
50 Sit Ups
