WOD:
Today’s WOD is in honor of B Sapienza’s 20th birthday.

“Happy ‘B’ Day”
4 Rounds For Time:
15 Thrusters (M: 115# W: 75#)
20 Sit Ups
**Of course, finish with 20 burpees

Sapienza has been with CrossFit Neptune since day one. Not only has she turned into one kick ass CrossFitter, but she also has captured many of our “best” moments as our photographer. As they say, turnaround is fair play, so below are some of her not so great moments as seen on the other end of the lens! Enjoy!!
