“Barbell Burpees”
Complete 100 Barbell Burpees Per Team (M: 95# W: 65#)**
Each Team Member Must Do At Least 2 In A Row
**A barbell burpee = start in the deadlift posistion both hands on bar. Kick legs out and do a chest to bar push up, returning to the deadlift stance. Squat clean/thruster or squat clean/jerk the barbell overhead.
